- Boil tomato strain and make puree.
- Grate onion.
- Roast mava.
- Fry makhana in ghee and keep aside.
- Heat ghee add onion and saute.
- Then add ginger and chilli.
- Add spices and curd.
- Stir continuously and add tomato puree.
- Cook them till oil leave then add half cup water.
