  2. Prepare of stock (I add a squeeze of harissa paste!).
  3. It's of ready cooked prawns.
  4. You need of tin of chickpeas.
  5. You need of Olive oil.
  6. Prepare of lemon.
  7. You need of Parsley to garnish.

Cous cous salad with prawns and chickpeas instructions

  1. Make stock adding harissa if you like it a bit spicy. Put cous cous into a bowl. Add stock. (Basically 1:1) Mix and cover with cling film. Leave for 5 mins.
  2. When it's ready, remove cling film, fluff up with a fork, add olive oil until it moves around easily. Add drained prawns and chickpeas. Stir well. Add a good squeeze of lemon. Serve with parsley :).
